Some weeks ago there was a discussion of how to obtain millisecond or
less timing resolution from the PC family, and I vaguely remember
seeing some code that demonstrated how to do this.  Can some kind soul
please send me a coy of that code?  A friend of mine needs it very badly
in order to complete his Master's thesis, and needs it within the next
few days if possible.
