I'm doing some application development on PC's and need a good SQL
database.  We're already using Microsoft's SQL Server and it's great, but
we need to be able to run the database without a network (portables).
But there doesn't seem to be anyone with a true SQL database that can
run standalone (i.e. without a network) under Windows 3.0.  It must support
API's through DLL's.

Any info would be appreciated.  Send through e-mail since I don't read this
much.  Oh, and we've looked at db_Vista III.  Their SQL thing is really
just a front end.
