What is the look and feel of the Object/1 in serious work?

We have now offers from two software companies on 
systems based on Object/1, and we have also some
need for internal development....

Is it 'slow 'in realistic application on 16 MHz 386SX processor?
How is the life with the smalltalk-like kernel?
Any remarkable bugs?

I'll report a summary (or on our experinces if we get it).
