In a recent issue of Sun Expert magazine Richard Morin of Canta Forda
Computer Laboratory writes about a standard user-mode access method
for SCSI devices.  This is refered to as the "/dev/scsi" paper.

Does anyone have a copy of this I can read?  I want to implement this
interface for use with our disk formatting and maintainence utilities.
