I'm trying to install CAP(5.0) on System V, rel 3.2

I have most the code compiled but have still not been able
to get it up.

On trying to run a sample program-getzones, it return with 
the following message: 
abInit:[ddp:197.186, 10] starting
error -1096 getting zone list.

erro -1096 has been defined as- reqFailed - SendRequest failed:retry's
exceeded.

presuming it could be a timing error, since System V, does'nt have
a gettimeofday that returns the micro-seconds, I fixed that problem.
But am still at the same spot.

Any ideas folks as to what could be happening?

Any ideas whatsoever are welcome.
