The (long awaited) version 5 protocol draft RFC (3nd draft) is now
available for anonymous FTP from athena-dist.mit.edu (18.71.0.38) as
/pub/kerberos/doc/V5DRAFT3-RFC.TXT (line printer, for 66 lines/page) and
/pub/kerberos/doc/V5DRAFT3-RFC.PS (PostScript).
