I'm looking for a list of books and articles on the topic of optimization,
specifically algorithm and/or code optimization techniques.  I'm aware of only
one such book, titled (I think) "Efficient C Programming" published by Plum
Hall.  If you know of other sources, I would appreciate hearing about them.
