Message-ID: <32599@nigel.ee.udel.edu> Date: 5 Oct 90 22:32:38 GMT Sender: mmdf@ee.udel.edu Lines: 26 Hi! I own an A500 (very old) and have built it into a tower casing, together with 4 ZORRO slots and 4 XT/AT slots. I have also connected an AT-bribo (with 1:1 interleave controller and 42Mb HD) to it (A2286) and all works fine. Now I want to buy an accelerator board (preferably '030), which I can plug into the 68000 socket. I have to have this kind of turbo, because I don't have an MMU slot, but only ZORRO slots. Before I buy such a turbo, I would like to know if I can expect bus-timing errors with the A2286. I know that some signals tend to shift a little, but I don't know if this spells trouble. Anyone have any suggestions ? -- +-----------------------------------------------------------------------------+ |Arno Griffioen UUCP: v882246@hhinsi.UUCP | |Dragontuin 41 Fido: Arno Griffioen @ 2:512/36.5| |2353 PP Leiderdorp | |Holland "Did you hear the one about the neutron, who thought he | |Europe - - - |\ was a proton but wasn't positive ??" \0/ | +~~~~~~~~~~~~~~|~\~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~|~~~~~~~+
