I have PHASAR 4.0.  It works great except 3 problems:

1. It usually crashes when I try to update the Expenses list.  Easy workaround
   though.  One of these days, I should contact the company to complain about
   this.
2. It's Amiga-ized but still has some flavors of MSDOS world where it comes
   from.
3. Its graphic are very crude.

I like it pretty well.
