I am currently doing a translation of the PasTeX documentation, which consists of some .tex files, so you'll have a nice manual to go with the program. Also, (as far as I know) PasTeX is a port of TeX3.0 Font disks can be ordered from the author. PasTeX is on abcfd20.larc.nasa.gov and will be updated when the docs have been finished, and after Georg has recovered from his HD crash.
