	I've looked everywhere but I am as of yet, unable to find a program that
plays iff sound files from the CLI.  I need somthing that works something like 
this:

		PLAY <filename>

	The reason I need this is so I can play a sound file from my system-
statup.  Can anyone give me help?  Please leave E-Mail.
