Do THAT on VI... Geez, guys, that's swell. But to paraphrase our beloved Doctor Leonard "Bones" McCoy, I want an editor, not an operating system. If I want to ru Lisp programs, about the last place I'll look for that capability is my text editor. If I want to play arcade games, I'll boot up an arcade game. In any case, while I personally love vi, I have only used micro-Emacs and so can't comment on the full-blown Emacs. I wouldn't for a moment suggest that someone who is happy with emacs is really miserable for not using vi. And I suggest that those who wish to continue vi-emacs wars take them someplace where they're welcome - assuming you can find one. - - - - - - - - valuable coupon - - - - - - - clip and save - - - - - - - - Bill Thacker AT&T Network Systems - Columbus wbt@cbnews.att.com Free the Lagrange 5 !
