Thank you ahead of > time for any and all help. I have worked with the Adaptec 4000A and 4007 for MAC SCSI to ST506. They both work well. The difference is the latter is RLL encoding {%50 percent more storage for supported drives}. Hope this helps... srm -- Scott R.
