Larry, does this mean your 'tapehandler' just posted to comp.sources.amiga
actually works with the A2090a?  From/to a SCSI Hard Drive?  If so, is it
"picky" about the brand/make of tape drive in use? 

I'm seriously considering a Wangtek 5150-ES drive.  Will your tapehandler
work with one of these?  with a A2090a, even? (hope, hope??) Will other
tape drives work?  - Goodness!  I've packed _so_ many questions in here!
