This is chiefly directed to the companies/system administrators that 
charge employees/deparments/etc. for system usage:  

	1) What program do you use for information gathering?
		is it the audit sub-system?
		how do you like it?
		is it reliable?
		is it vendor supplied or in house?

	2) What types of services do you charge for?
		examples: CPU time, plotting supplies,
		tape drive access, disk space usage,
		ethernet access.

	3) How much do you charge for these services?
