I checked the pin/friction lever and the paper thickness adjustment on the inside, and I still have the same problems. What gives? For those who missed my first post, my printer doesn't advance the paper or form feed a page correctly. One line feeds, the paper will only advance a fraction of a line, such that the printed text overlaps about 1/4 onto the previous line. When form feed is pressed, it just kind of grinds and doesn't go anywhere. I really don't want to take this to the dealer, as I'm sure they will charge me an arm and a leg and three fingers to check and/or fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
