I purchased Xenocide through Programs Plus (where I get all of my software,
there are only 3 million people in Toronto, so there is only one store that
sells Apple II software in the city). It was not copy protected and I have
been running it quite happily from my hard drive since I got it. By the way,
it is ROM03 compatible, many of the best games are not (and some, like Silent
Service, never will be :(.

Well worth the 30 bucks.
