Subject: GFA 3.0 Compiler?

While at the World of Atari in San Jose last summer, I bought GFA BASIC 3.0
from the man at the Michtron booth for $35.  Did I get duped?  I saw that
they were selling GFA BASIC (some earlier rev) for $5, and commented that it
wasn't the latest, and the man said, "We have the latest, over here." And I
asked him if he was sure it was the latest rev and he said it was.  But there
is no COMPILER with it, and I thought that the latest rev of GFA had a 
compiler!  What gives?
