I am trying to ftp the Freeemacs from simtel20.army.mil, but have some
problems. 

Seems there are bunch of files in the directory and I don't know whether I
need to ftp all of them or not, since I have limited disk space on UNIX
machine. Also, is there any specific ftp commands while doing this?

Anyone did that before? Could you tell me what's the proper procedure to
do that and get the Freemacs running on my PC (a 386 with 4M memory & 340
HD running MS Win 3.0)? Can Freemacs run as a non-window application within
a window?

Any comments on freemacs, compared with 'jove'?
