I'm trying to find out if there is a PD version available of the RCS source
control system software for MS DOS (I know there are such PD versions for Amiga
for example). If there is such a beast, I'd appreciate finding out where
it is available for download through FTP.  I do know that there are commercial
versions of RCS (MKS's version, for example).
