Apparently the unix compress utility has been implemented under DOS...
suggestions as to where I can look to get a version?  Specifically, 
we need uncompress, free of charge (budget constraints).  ftp is preferred,
uucp gratefully accepted if that's the only way.

I normally don't read this group; please email.  If we get a version that
works well and cleanly, I'll post.
