I use this extended memory as a ramdrive (RAMDRIVE.SYS / MS-DOS 3.3). Recently I tried to run LOTUS V.3 without removing the ramdrive from my extended memory --- IT WORKED ! But afterwards, the complete ramdrive was destroyed. This always happened, also when the size of the ramdrive was very small (so there was a lot of unused memory). Is there any way to protect my ramdrive against destruction by memory-demanding software? Is this problem solved by MS-DOS 4 (I know that it is solved by WINDOWS...) ? Thanks a lot (please e-mail)
