Yes, you need the Intel UNIX/386 hosting package for the language products. It contains a front end called UNXUDI which is actually also a V86 task manager like VP/ix only much simpler -- it doesn't try to be a full fledged PC, just to provide the utilities with a meg of memory in real mode and UDI support.
