I'm looking for an inexpensive application that can play back a PICS file.
PICS is supposably a standard file format for storing animation sequences.
I have Swivel 3-D which creates PICS files but doesn't play them.

Alternatively, I would appreciate a pointer to the PICS file format so I
could write my own PICS player.
