I can win 50% of the time at level 12, and I have one once (out of ~20 games) ate level 13. I do know that the computer can produce at about double your rate for level 12. One army/2 turns instead of one army/4. I am curious about other people's strategies and tactics for winning at levels 13, 14 and 15. I have found that winning at any level higher than 11 is much to dependant on initial position. Perhaps I should just abort for games which do not put me in the center, or those which put me on a continent with less than 4 cities. gdm
