Also, for those of you in the SF bay area, could you let me know where you got it and the price? That's how I made my decision, too. That's why I bought an Apple one. I got it for $650 from Maya in VT. It's now $699 there, but you get the idea. It has a variable headphone output (the Toshiba has a three-step), it has RCA outputs (should we call those GE outputs now?), it has a SCSI seleciton switch on the outside, and it's compatable with drivers that Apple puts out :-) /jordan
