A question from the unknowing ...

I have a friend who has recently developed an urge to accelerate his SE.  SO,
any comments on any/all the current 680x0 (preferably '30) accelerator
cards out there would be appreciated.  (Like stability, compatibility with
HD's, software, FPU's, etc).  Also, keep the price down, for this note is
from the land of graduate students, where poor is our middle name.

Thanks for any and all replies -- I'll summarize all responses that I
get personally.
