We have a Mac II in our music studio, and we'd like to move the noisy CPU to
a machine room 30' away. The question is whether we can make a keyboard cable
that long, or if we need repeaters or somesuch.  Apple's Guide to Mac Hardware
says 5 meters maximum - does anyone have experience exceeding this?

Please email responses to me, and I'll summarize to the net if there is enough
interest.  Sorry if this has been discussed recently; I don't read this group.
