This may be an odd request but...

Is there anyone on the net at Cambridge University (UK) who
is willing to receive an ASCII file (about 40ks, I guess),
and download it to a Mac so that it can be saved on disk for
a colleague - presently a research fellow at Cambridge - to
pick up?  He is an historian and needs this research
material from Australia urgently.  Any assistance or
positive suggestion would be gratefully received.

I apologise for the fact that this is not of concern or
interest to the majority of readers of this newsgroup. I'm
making this request on behalf of a friend, not for myself.
Desperation is also the mother of invention....
