A few weeks ago there were a ton of messages about the HP DeskWriter--
how to refill cartridges, which ink to use, which paper works the
best, etc....  But of course since I didn't have a DW, and had absolutely
no plans to buy one, I let it all scroll by and didn't pay any
attention.  Well, I just bought one and now I'm cursing my stupidity
and lack of foresight.  

Is there anyone out there who archived the messages, or would be
willing to provide me with a summary?
