I'm not a member of APDA, and I don't have the money now to become one (heard it costs several hundred bucks -- is that right?). I'm just a little hacker who wants to start working with it! I don't know if it is generally available to the public or if it costs an arm and a leg or what -- I'm only interested in legal/ethical means of obtaining it.
