Is it true that I can't use the standard C file I/O routines in a code
resource?  I'm writing a code resource using THINK C 4.0.2.  The manual
says they are not allowed, and that I must use the ANSI-A4 library.

Why are they not allowed?  Can I use the File Manager routines instead?
