Here is what I got from the net.  Is it right?  We won't know until then.

-> Apple will be making a major product announcement on October 15, 1990.  
->  For those who have satellite reception, Apple TV is broadcasting the event 
->  over both KU Band and C Band from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm, PDT, on the

->  -GE K-1                                -Westar 5
->  -Transponder 15                        -Transponder 21
->  -Frequency of downlink: 12142.0 MHz    -Frequency of downlink:  4120 MHz

->	This is all the information that the press announcement gave about
