I have many postscript (EPS) figures that I would like to include into
Macintosh pictures - in this case, Powerpoint slides.

What packages (if any) exist that can include EPS?  How about
EPS->PICT converters?

Alternatively, do any of the many draw/paint/graphics packages import
raw postscript?
