Helpful? These people are downright nice!!! I've called them somewhere between a half dozen, to a dozen times, and I've been VERY impressed with them. The first time I called I got some lady that was so nice, I shoulda asked her out on a date!! I called today to find out something and the lady took my name, and number, said she'd ask someone in tech support, and get back to me tomorrow. I've even chatted with some of these people about the plans NeXT is thinking about. Found out EXACTLY why NeXT isn't offering the floppy as an upgrade, and all kinds of fun stuff! A round of applause for the phone staff! -k
