Has anyone figured out how to remap the NeXT keyboard?  In perusing TFM
all I can find is Appendix K of the System Reference Manual, which
indicates that there is an arbitrary mapping of key codes to characters,
but gives no clue as to where the mapping is defined.  (Note that I want
the remapping to affect all applications - not just those that I can
customize and recompile).
