I'm having a terrible time with keybounce on my Sparc SLC.  It's apparent
on over 20 at my work location.  The symptom is as if the key repeat is
going into effect much too quickly.  

We're running UNIX 4.0.3

Does anyone have any idea what it takes to fix this?  It's driving me and
others crazy.
