Keywords: Networks Message-ID: <1990Oct7.231532.4403@rice.edu> Date: 7 Oct 90 21:30:00 GMT Sender: sun-spots-request@rice.edu Organization: Sun-Spots Lines: 18 Approved: Sun-Spots@rice.edu Originator: spots@walhalla.rice.edu X-Sun-Spots-Digest: Volume 9, Issue 340, message 11 I use IBM OS/2 Extended Edition and IBM TCP/IP 1.0 on a PS/2. My ethernet packets are accepted by MIPS, Apollo, Prime, and IBM. They are also accepted by SUN OS 4.03. They are not accepted by SUN OS 4.1. I would appreciate any help that netters can provide. One hint, my packets are the extended IEEE form. Is there a switch in SUN OS 4.1 that will cause these extended packets to be recognized? Please respond via E-Mail. Thanks. Edward A.
