The Master NIS server is running 4.1 and half of the NIS slave servers are running 4.1, the other half are running 4.0.3. The problem is if I login to a machine running 4.1, my login process does not get the extra group ids from the NIS map. It does not matter who is the NIS server for that machine. If I login to a 4.0.3 machine, I get my set of gids. Does anybody know whats going on? BTW, I'm running the C2 security features.
