Sunlink DNI of course allows access to a (Heaven Forbid) IBM mainframe. I am trying to get a program to talk to the mainframe using the DAILIB library that Sun provides, plus something based on their example code (both under /usr/sunlink/dai). The program pretty much lets you open up a session to the mainframe, then send commands, and search for responses. All works ok execpt when the mainframe (running MVS/TSO) goes into full screen mode (i.e. as in when you specify log on parameters or deal with any kind of ISPF or DMS panel (the MVS equivalent of X-windows :-)) So my question is, oh net, has anyone figured this out? we tried specifying coordinates for the text but the thing won't recognize our input at all; we keep getting screen errors from the MVS side. Do we need to specify some kind of special mode to talk to a full screen application? Your help will be appreciated, and possibly your sympathy as well :-) Environment is Sun386i's and Sun 4/280's running SunOS 4.0.2...
