I'm trying but I can't even get passed reconfiguring the KERNEL. I have a Sun network consisting of Sun4/280, Sun386i's, Sun3's, and Sparcstations. All running SunOS 4.0.3 except for Sun386i's which run SunOS 4.0.2. I have tryed to reconfigure both the Sun386i's and Sun3's. Both systems give the same error message. /etc/config DONALD Doing a "make depend" *** Error code a 1 make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `makedep' I previously put the define statements in the param.c file and the KERNEL file that the installation instructions explain. But still no luck. Can anyone send me in the right direction. .......... Thanks in advance!! Sheila Foster sdf100s@oduvm.cc.odu.edu admin@dumbo.mem.odu.edu
