I have set up mail "environment" to record outgoing mail in my folder by
having the following sequence of commands in my .mailrc folder

set folder=Mail
set outfolder
set record=outgoing

According to the manual this should make a copy of all my outgoing mail in
the folder "outgoing" in the directory "Mail".  This works fine *BUT* when
I'm in mail and use the 'm' command to mail someone a folder "outgoing" is
created in the current directory and not appended to the existing folder
in directory "Mail".

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong here ?
