I want/need anywhere from 300 to 600 mb on a disk & a tape drive which handles standard (QIC...) format tapes. Since I can put the disk & tape in their own enclosure, I'm really looking for pointers to which raw (?) SCSI devices work well w/a SUN. It would be especially nice to hear which devices manufacturers use (e.g which drives SUN, etc. package to sell). This way, I can go out & buy the drives & put them w/the power supply I've already got! Needless to say, I'm not into being extravagant & would like to save $$ where ever reasonably possible. Thanks in advance, Steve Sanderson halley!san@cs.utexas.edu
