The 100 is THICKER and heavier than the 102.

The 100 does not support Touch Tone dialing like the 102.

The 100 and 102 have slight differences in the expansion bus.  That means
that early software/hardware for the 100 MAY not work on the 102, but
software/hardware for the 102 USUALLY will work on both machines.
