I didn't read the original question, but if there are people reading
this newsgroup who are interested in this stuff:

Our local CS library has a journal called "Electric Word" which
is a semi-scientific(?), bi-monthly journal for "info technologists and
knowledge workers". It always contains advertisements for, and sometimes
articles about, electronic dictionaries, thesauri, converters, and
what-not, for many types of computers (e.g., PCs, macs). Their

If your institute has people who work in AI, expert systems, or so, they
