 I am looking for a copy of the program troff-to-latex.tar-z that was
discussed somewhat recently on this notesfile.  I am able to ftp to
wsmr-simtel but *can't* figure out my way around.  Could someone please
explain how to get to the specific directory, or already has the program
somewhere where I could more easily ftp from, I really need help.  Thanks!
