I am attempting to determine if the text-formatting program `DIGITAL
Standard Runoff' is available PD somewhere for compilation on a Sun SPARC.

A professor here does all of his text formatting with this program on
a Vax running VMS.  This Vax will be decommissioned within a few months,
and he would rather not learn a new text formatting program (such as
LaTeX).

I realize that it is in all likelihood a DEC proprietary product, but I 
thought I'd ask anyway.
