I imagine that this could be done with a white-on-blac font (do any exist?) or via a \special command to the printer (has anyone written one for an hp laserjet or for postscript?). (2) Has anyone tried printing TeX on one of the 1000 dpi laser printers on the market? Is there an archive anywhere with the standard TeX fonts built for this resolution?
