Muenchen, West Germany Lines: 16 When I enter conference papers into my BibTeX files, I cross reference them to the proceedings volume, which has a separate entry. BibTeX (C Version 0.99c) then complains Warning--need editor, key, or booktitle for XXXX to crossref YYYY The only fix I know of is to duplicate the proceedings' title field as a booktitle field, which seems silly. Is there a better way to use cross references? Oliver Schoett Institut f\"ur Informatik, Technische Univ. M\"unchen Postf. 202420, 8000 M\"unchen 2, Fed.
