Prentice Hall is considering revising Kernighan and Pike's UNIX PROGRAMMING
ENVIRONMENT, which we published in 1984.   If you use (or have used) this book,
we have two questions for you:

	1. Do you think UNIX PROGRAMMING ENVIRONMENT is out of date?

	2. If so, what parts of the book need to be updated?  (Please give
 	   specific topics and page numbers.)
